Great Class!!

We had the homebuyer education class on Saturday. We had a great turn out of very interested potential home buyers. The reviews came in very positvie.

Thanks to BancFirst for sponsoring along with the City of Stillwater, and OSU Exptension. Thanks to the guest speakers, Raeann Meyer, Beverly Clark, Andy Rylant, and Rick Schneider.

Our next homebuyer class will be March 26th.

Valerie Silvers has been working for the City of Stillwater since 2009 as the Grants Coordinator. Silvers is responsible for oversight, management, coordiantion, and monitoring of projects; seekings input from citizen and neighborhood groups; and coordination with projct managers on a variety of grant programs.

Silvers works with the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to produce Stillwater's Homebuyer Assistance program, offering classes and grants to first-time home buyers.
