Well, I am happy to announce that the City of Stillwater was awarded money for down payment and closing cost assistance for 20 homebuyers!!!! We have already closed on 4 of those homes and one more planned to close this week......That leaves 15 more famlies that could take advantage of up to $5,000. in down payment and closing cost assistance this year.
