Our next class is scheduled for May 14th, we are registering people now. If you are interested in buying a home you won't want to miss out on this all inclusive class. It is FREE and open to any prospective home buyer.
If you want to take advantage of the $5,000 down payment assitance you will want to get in on this class for sure. At the rate we are closing on properties we may not have money in September. We will still hold the class even if there is not down payment money available, as long as we have adeaquate attendance.
Our class on March 26th was completely full and we had a wait list, it looks like this one in May could be the same way.
It is really nice to see the housing sales in Stillwater pick up.
